Our policy is to accept returns for any reason. We will return up to 30 days from receipt. We will refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the product is shipped to you defective. In this case we will refund you for shipping costs. You must send a copy of your shipping receipt with the product & we will send you a check for the total. You must report the defective product within 7 days from receipt of product for this policy to apply. After 7 days we will try to solve the problem as best of our ability.
